The World Health Organization Assessment Instrument for Mental health Systems (WHO-AIMS) is a new WHO tool for collecting essential information on the mental health system of a country or region. The goal of collecting this information is to improve mental health systems. WHO-AIMS assesses mental health systems in 6 domains; they are "Policy and Legislative Framework", "Mental Health Services", "Mental Health in Primary Health Care", "Human Resources", "Public Education and Links with Other Sectors", and "Monitoring and Research ".

世界卫生组织精神卫生系统评估工具(WHO-AIMS)是由世界卫生组织开发的新工具,用于收集一个国或地区精神卫生系统的必要信息。信息收集的目的是为了改善精神卫生系统。WHO-AIMS从六个纬度来评价精神卫生系统及其服务,即政策与立法框架、精神卫生服务、初级卫生保健中的精神卫生、人力资源、公众教育及其与其他系统的联系和监测与研究。

When terrible things happen in our communities, countries and the world, we want to reach out a helping hand to those who are affected. This guide covers psychological first aid which involves humane, supportive and practical help to fellow human beings suffering serious crisis events. It is written for people in a position to help others who have
experienced an extremely distressing event. It gives a framework for supporting people in ways that respect their dignity, culture and abilities. Despite its name, psychological first aid covers both social and psychological support.This guide was developed in order to have widely agreed upon psychological first aid materials for use in low and middle income countries.

汶川地震后,为了指导各地科学、规范地开展地震后心理危机干预工作,卫生部制定了《紧急心理危机干预指导原则》 。卫生部要求该指导原则应在经过培训的精神卫生专业人员指导下实施。

After Wenchuan Earthquake, the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China developed Emergency Psychological Crisis Intervention Guiding Principles, in an attempt to scientifically guide and standardize psychological crisis intervention after the earthquake. The ministry required that the implementation of the principles should be under the guidance of trained mental health professionals.

This toolkit is designed to assist schools in the aftermath of a suicide (or other death) in the school community. It is meant to serve as a practical resource for schools facing real-time crises to help them determine what to do, when, and how. The toolkit reflects consensus recommendations developed in consultation with a diverse group of national experts, including school-based personnel, clinicians, researchers, and crisis response professionals. It incorporates relevant existing material and research findings as well as references, templates, and links to additional information and assistance.

该指南的设计是旨在在校园自杀(或其他死亡)发生后,给予学校帮助。其目的是在学校面临实时危机时提供实用资源,以帮助学校决定要要采取什么行动、何时行动以及如何行动。该指南提供了包括学校工作人员、临床医生、研究人员和危机应对专家在内的国内不同专家团体咨询后而形成的一致建议。它包含了相关的现有材料、研究成果、参考资料、模板以及额外信息和帮助的链接等。
